Acupuncture
One of the essential elements of Oriental medicine.
It is one of the oldest, most commonly used healing practices in the world,
originating in China more than 3,000 years ago.
Moxa
A technique that involves the burning of mugwort, known as moxa, is an herb that facilitates healing. The purpose of moxibustion is to stimulate the flow of Qi (pronounced “chee”), strengthen the blood and maintain general health.
Moxibustion is warming to the body, many people who have autoimmune diseases, low immunity, and blood conditions are frequently cold. The warming properties of moxa make it a great choice for these types of conditions.
Tui Na Massage
Generally follows the acupuncture points and channels. This practice targets specific acupoints; practitioners use different techniques instead of needles to apply pressure to stimulate these points. The therapeutic goal is to remove the blockages to improve local and overall qi and blood balance in the body.
NADA Protocol - Addiction Therapy
Used to help with Addictions, Mental Health Disaster, & Emotional Trauma, it involves the gentle placement of up to five small, sterilized disposable needles into specific sites on each ear.
The combined application of acupuncture with counseling, education, medical support and self-help groups such as AA and NA enhances opportunities for success.
